• Stoves/Ovens (Electric/Gas)
• Refrigerator/Freezer
• Combo fridge freezers
• Dishwashers
• Washing machines
• Tumble dryers
• Microwaves 

Service Fee structured as follows:

• Call-out fee, including assessment/quote of item R300-00
• Labour rate charged per hour
• Added repair request on other items (while on-site) charged separately
• Workshop walk-in assessments/quotes/Rejection Fee R120-00
• All parts are excluded from the above fees.  Specialized parts payable immediately before ordering.
• Strictly NO refunds will be granted on electronic parts purchased, unless fitted by our technicians.
• Insurance assessment with report provided per request.

Disclaimer:

• No warranty on Compressor -or electronic parts eg. PC Board, sensors or magnetrons can be carried over once fitted.
• No warranty on repaired items sold to 3rd party -or moved to another site is valid.
• After 3-months equipment not collected, will be sold to defray expenses.
• All repairs or fitment on Glass Ceramic Hobs will be conducted at owner’s own risk.
• On acceptance of the Quote, FULL PAYMENT of the PART will be required as DEPOSIT.
• NO part will be ordered if Deposit payment has not been received.
• PAYMENT TERMS STRICTLY 24-HOURS, UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED.
• Payment not received within 30-days will be handed over for collection.
• We offer a 3-Month warranty on our Labour. (Excluding parts)
